Steve asks the question, “If humility is not a transaction or currency by which I purchase or earn grace then what is it?”
- Humility is an environment that God wants to support.
- Humility is a powerful character quality. There is no one more humble than God Himself.
God has told us many times in scripture to humble ourselves. So we should embrace it and draw near to it. So if you’re humble and you know it raise your hand!

What is humility?
- A choice.
- Choosing to be known for who I really am, nothing more or less.
- Recognizing if there is anything good in my life, it is because of God and others.
- A celebration and embracing of reality.
What is at the core of humility?
- Truth / reality. What is true about God, true about myself, true about others.
All of us are a mixture of strengths and weaknesses. What are at least 3 strengths that are true about you? Celebrate those things in your life!
